// Know your ideal customer, know their perosna, know what they love, what they don’t. Know the need they have and how you can fulfil it.
// Align your brand content pillars not only to your core proposition, but to these customer needs and passion points. And this won’t just be about YOU and YOUR PRODUCT. Find the commonality of their interests that links them to your brand.
// Serve them first, sell second. Ensure that the way you look, speak and act through the content you bring your audience adds value. Is it what they need? Is it informative, helpful, humorous or even entertaining? Build rapport, so they already feel the connection with you.
// Connection is a two way street, they can’t feel something if it’s all one way. Ensure content is open ended and naturally encourages engagement. If they love it, they’ll be compelled to share it or comment. And get them involved, talk to them, build a community that feels connected.
